Investor Relations Specialist Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Investor Relations materials such as earnings releases and presentations;
  • Conduct financial analysis to support interactions with investors, research analysts, and rating agencies;
  • Meet with senior members and investors to address questions and concerns;
  • Monitor analyst reports and peers' earnings, developing analysis and reports for senior management;
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with SEC and CVM rules.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with professional qualifications in Investor Relations and Financial Reporting;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Portuguese;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, along with analytical background;
  • Desirable: related work experience at large organizations listed in the U.S. and Brazil.
