Senior Healthcare Strategist Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Strategist to join our team. This is a key role that involves developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies for large clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex client engagements, leveraging expertise in healthcare financial analysis and strategy to drive business growth and improve client outcomes.
  • Communicate financial concepts and results to senior management and clients, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and deliver financial models, presentations, and reports to support business development and client delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative financial solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in delivering complex healthcare financial and actuarial strategies and analysis in a consulting or brokerage environment.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of employee benefit plan design, underwriting, and funding concepts.
  • Ability to lead data-driven projects and leverage judgment to predict business outcomes.
  • Executive presence with polished written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
  • Actuarial designation and current continuing education (optional).
