Healthcare Operations Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Operations Strategist to drive efficiency, scalability, and strategic growth in our organization. This role requires a visionary leader who can oversee operations across billing, patient systems, and internal workflows.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Clinical Revenue Cycle Management, workflow automation, and data tools. Proven track records of managing teams, external vendors, and leading cross-functional initiatives are essential for success in this position.

In addition to operational expertise, we require excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. The selected candidate will work closely with leadership to develop and implement scalable systems, optimize clinic performance, and uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Billing and Revenue Cycle Management:

    Oversight of billing processes, payment reconciliation, and denial management to ensure seamless financial operations.

  • Operational Efficiency:

    Analysis of current processes, identification of areas for improvement, and implementation of streamlined workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

  • Team Leadership:

    Management of clinical and front desk staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Growth and Development:

    Collaboration with leadership to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth and expansion.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, growth, or systems management

  • Proven track record of managing teams and external vendors

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with acupuncture, integrative health, or clinic operations is a plus
