Lead HR Operations Strategist

Job Description:

We seek a seasoned HR Operations Strategist to spearhead comprehensive HR operations policies and SOPs that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in driving consistent policy application, establishing and implementing a policy review system across departments, and continuously updating policy frameworks in response to regulatory changes and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute HR operations policies and SOPs aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Drive consistent policy application by establishing and implementing a policy review system across departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR processes with business operations.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes by defining clear workflows and guidelines for onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.
  • Promote change management and empowerment training by providing policy update and process change training for HR teams and managers.
  • Implement audit and continuous improvement frameworks by regularly assessing HR operations quality and proactively addressing issues.
