We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive healthcare operations forward. As a Senior Medical Operations Strategist, you will oversee clinic operations, design and implement scalable systems, manage billing, develop SOPs, and lead hiring and onboarding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Supervise operations across billing, patient systems, and internal workflows to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- System Development: Design and implement scalable systems using GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Billing Oversight: Own billing company relationship and performance tracking to ensure optimal revenue management.
- SOP Creation: Build and refine SOPs across departments to standardize processes and improve quality.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead hiring and onboarding for clinical and front desk staff to ensure a smooth transition and high-quality team members.
- Marketing Support: Guide marketing efforts with campaign input and performance insights to optimize promotional activities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to uncover opportunities to improve margins and enable expansion.
- Experience: 6+ years in healthcare operations, growth, or systems management.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of CRMs, workflow automation, and data tools (SQL, dashboards).
- Leadership: Proven track record managing teams and external vendors.
- Communication: Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with acupuncture, integrative health, or clinic operations is a plus.
