We are seeking an accomplished Financial Strategist to join our team in São Paulo.

About The Role

This key position will oversee financial governance, drive business growth, and manage financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust financial control framework aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain optimal investments, cash flow, and liquidity to propel business success.
  • Oversee working capital management, accounts payable, receivable, and collections efficiently.
  • Negotiate favorable banking rates and conditions.
  • Manage risk-related insurance policies for property, directors & officers, transport, and engineering risks.
  • Coordinate shared services activities like treasury, credit, and collections effectively.
  • Ensure seamless office facilities and vehicle fleet management in São Paulo.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Accounting, IT, Procurement, and Sales departments.
  • Work in tandem with the Group Treasury team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree from a reputable institution.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proven experience in treasury management and derivatives/hedge contracts.
  • Operational expertise in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Cash management and bank relationship skills.
  • Support for internal/external audits and controls.
