Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Strategist to drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with leadership to set financial goals, objectives, and policies aligned with our business strategy.
  • Provide operational support to the sales organization during the pre-sales process.
  • Manage deals against the sales opportunity pipeline for revenue and bookings.
  • Orient senior management on strategic decisions related to deals that do not meet set profitability targets.
  • Analyze project profitability and escalate issues as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Set financial goals and objectives in line with our business strategy.
  2. Support sales operations during the pre-sales process.
  3. Manage the sales pipeline for revenue and bookings.
  4. Mentor senior management on deal strategies.
  5. Review project profitability and report issues to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of combined experience in accounting (US GAAP), revenue recognition, and business analysis within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record in business operation profitability/project margin analysis, P&L analysis, and ownership.
  • Strong accounting or finance background with practical business ability or experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in software applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field from a university.
  • MBA is a plus.
