Seeking Financial Collection Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our financial collections team. As a strategic and results-oriented Senior Collections Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow, reducing delinquency, and maintaining strong client relationships.

This dynamic role requires leadership, analytical expertise, and a proactive mindset to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, creating reports, and developing solutions and improvements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • SUPPORT A TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR BILLING OPERATIONS IN MULTIPLE COUNTRIES.
  • ANALYZE FINANCIAL DATA AND CREATE REPORTS TO OPTIMIZE COLLECTION EFFICIENCIES.
  • Oversight of new projects, development of solutions, and improvements to enhance the company's financial performance.
  • Monitoring internal accounting and audit teams to ensure proper closing of billing orders for external clients.
  • TRACK CUSTOMER TRANSACTIONS TO ENSURE PROPER ENTRIES OR ADJUSTMENTS IN THE COMPANY'S ERP SYSTEMS.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive debt recovery strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Set departmental goals aligned with company financial objectives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) such as DAYS SALES OUTSTANDING (DSO) AND RECOVERY RATES.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MUST HAVE: Hands-on experience, proactivity, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these areas, minimum 5 years of experience in collections or credit management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, hands-on profile for closing turnover periods, strong results orientation and deadline compliance.
  • NICE TO HAVE: Organizational skills, knowledge of Power BI, autonomy, resilience to work in a dynamic environment, fast learner with a dynamic personality.
