Financial Strategist

As a seasoned financial expert, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial operations. Your strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills will support business decision-making and ensure financial stability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, with experience in developing and managing annual budgets and forecasts. You will create financial models to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives, perform profitability analysis by product line and business segment, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis.

Additionally, you will ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principles, oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, and monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts

  • Create financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

  • Perform profitability analysis by product line and business segment

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis

  • Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting principles

  • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

  • Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure operational liquidity

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders

  • Implement cost control measures and efficiency initiatives

  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and tax requirements

  • Manage internal controls to safeguard company assets

  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in financial management roles

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software

  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication skills with ability to present complex financial information clearly
