Key Responsibilities:- We are seeking a skilled analyst who can analyze monthly results, identify key variances, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.
- Collaborate closely with business units to understand performance drivers and support strategic initiatives with rigorous financial analysis.
- Lead the development of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
- Design and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting packages to track key metrics and inform decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes by leveraging advanced tools like Hyperion, Power BI, and Excel.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA is highly desirable).
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and business acumen.
- Proficient in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese.
