Key Responsibilities:
  • Strive for exceptional customer service by adhering to the company's established programs.
  • Ensure prompt and friendly interactions with customers, helping them make informed merchandise selections.
  • Support store managers and installer specialists in serving professional customers when required.
  • Complete relevant training assignments to enhance job performance.
  • Provide high-quality phone support by accurately addressing customer inquiries, recommending suitable items, and ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Maintain cash handling security, process transactions efficiently, and handle customer exchanges and returns professionally.
  • Address customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as preparing merchandise returns, performing inventory cycle counts, and managing stock levels.
  • Operate equipment like brake lathes and other store test equipment after receiving proper training.
  • Perform in-store services for customers where permitted (e.g., install wipers, test and charge batteries).
  • Occasionally transport merchandise using a delivery vehicle when business demands require it.
