Are you eager to propel your sales career and become a key driver in our team? We're seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic technology team.
This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity for growth, allowing you to develop your expertise and contribute to impactful projects. As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough research and prospecting into target accounts aligned with our ideal customer profile.
- Executing outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone to engage decision-makers.
- Qualifying inbound leads to ensure they meet criteria for sales follow-up.
- Scheduling meetings and demos for our Account Executive team.
- Collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Maintaining accurate records of activities and interactions in CRM.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS experience in Martech industry is a plus).
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- High resilience, persistence, and motivation to achieve results.
- Ability to learn quickly and articulate product value propositions.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
