Job Title: Customer Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role

The role involves leading joint business planning with key accounts, participating in trade visits, and coordinating internal processes to ensure seamless execution. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for monitoring sales program implementation, capturing success learnings, and proposing promotions to generate profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead joint business planning with key accounts to expand market share
  • Participate in trade visits and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate internal processes to ensure seamless execution of sales programs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and customer interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory
  • Previous experience in consumer goods industries is a plus
  • Fluent Spanish and English are mandatory
  • Availability for recurring international travel (70% of the time)
