We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill a Technical Support Specialist role.
About the Role- This position will provide technical expertise and support for business applications, including the Supply Chain Connect platform application.
- You will be responsible for developing break-fix solutions, enhancing existing systems, and automating repeatable support tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business needs on time and drive efficiency in support operations.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problems for multiple applications using ServiceNow.
- Facilitate outages, pull in required resources, and communicate updates effectively.
- Resolve L3 level issues and design, develop, test, and deploy break-fixes.
- Create change requests, implementation plans, and rollback plans for developed changes.
- Identify automation opportunities to drive efficiencies in support operations.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (STEM major) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
