Job Description

The Shift Manager is a leadership position that oversees the day-to-day operation and direction of team members during assigned shifts to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.

They will be responsible for restaurant operations during shifts when management is not present, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

  • Manage each shift, addressing issues such as tardy employees, customer complaints, food delivery, and other matters that may arise.
  • Complete all daily paperwork, including inventory and financial reports, to maintain the unit's profitability.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the workplace.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Train staff on POS systems, back-of-house functions, and front-of-house operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction during each visit.

This role requires previous restaurant experience and excellent communication skills to work effectively with hourly associates.
