The Role

We are seeking a Community Associate to join our team in Sao Paulo. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of our workspace, and creating a welcoming and productive environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the administrative and support needs of our customers, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and to provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and services, and be able to communicate this effectively to our customers.
  • Collaborate with our Community Manager to plan and execute events and activities that promote a sense of community and foster connections among our customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Legally eligible to work in Brazil and at least 18 years old.
  • B1 or higher level of English communication skills.
