IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to manage our day-to-day IT operations. This role ensures the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure, user support, and systems compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain servers, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure (LAN/WiFi/VPN)
  • Provide first-level IT support for staff (Windows, Office365, engineering software)
  • Set up new user accounts, devices, and access rights in accordance with company policy
  • Monitor cybersecurity compliance and collaborate with global IT security teams
  • Coordinate procurement and inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Act as local IT project coordinator during system upgrades, migrations, or office expansions
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues in coordination with global HQ
  • Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and asset records
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of IT support or IT infrastructure experience, preferably in an international office environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools, security protocols, and cloud services (Azure preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
