In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our ambitious growth targets by creating a comprehensive strategic plan and hiring top talent. You will also design and implement high-standard learning and development systems, establish performance management systems, and own operational excellence in our Human Resources Department.

To succeed in this position, you will need ten years of experience managing people in a Human Resources department, with a proven track record of making strategic decisions involving people and organizational structures.
