Job Title

Project Manager (Japanese Speaker) at a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Firm

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in managing projects and programs? Do you have advanced language skills in Japanese and English?

  • Responsibilities include creating, tracking, and reporting on project timelines.
  • Manage project budgets and approve invoices.
  • Produce and distribute status, tracking, and financial reports for team members and senior management.
  • Prepare and present project information at meetings.
  • Handle sub-projects or specific components of projects or programs.
  • Participate in proposal development and sales presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external project resources.
  • Contribute to project proposals and RFPs.
  • Ensure work compliance with processes, policies, and timelines.
  • Serve as backup contact for Project Managers.
  • Identify and negotiate out-of-scope work.
  • Handle financial reporting, including tracking deliverables and invoicing.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 3 years of related experience.
  • Languages: Japanese and English (advanced) required.
  • Equivalent education, training, and experience acceptable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver results within quality and timeline metrics.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships.
