Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. This role involves ensuring products and raw materials meet company specifications.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform internal calibration of equipment according to established procedures.
- Assist in managing products controlled by government agencies.
- Analyze products, identifying whether they are released for consumption or sale, and after analysis, release material electronically in the SAP system.
- Prepare and standardize control of analytical solutions used daily in chemical analysis.
- Perform physical-chemical analyzes on raw materials, products in process, finished products, and industrial effluents.
- Assist in controlling original certificates issued by suppliers.
- Insert and update data in the computerized system for issuing Certificates of Analysis, issued on billing.
- Perform control of retention samples room and waste disposal control.
- Perform performance and performance tests on polyurethane foams.
- Assist in revising raw material specifications based on information from Application Lab., Process Engineering, and/or Sales.
- Comply with all normative and internal EHS and Quality requirements.
