We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, identifying customer needs, and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via live chat and ticket system within the set time range
- Identify customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage standard inquiries in the ticket system and escalate complex cases to relevant departments or specialists
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (writing and speaking)
- Computer literacy
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High levels of professionalism
- Attention to details and punctuality
- Stable internet connection
- Windows with minimum 8Gb RAM Memory or Apple Mac not earlier than 2015 year
