Job Summary

As a Plant Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Large leadership experience gained in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with customers and teams.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to proactively solve complex problems and implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or relevant industry equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Portuguese and English.
