Lead Remote Site Operations

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee our remote site catering operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery, food safety, and operational efficiency in line with client expectations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with our company's growth objectives and performance standards across offshore and remote environments.
  • Lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, including contract managers, nutritionists, executive chefs, and housekeeping supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee planning, personnel logistics, and administrative operations to ensure optimal resource allocation and seamless execution across all sites.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations and certifications, including ISO 22000, ISO 45001, and the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC).
  • Manage operational budgets, analyze logistics costs, and monitor KPIs to drive profitability and identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Champion a client-centric approach by ensuring contract excellence and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, nutrition, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate qualification in operations management, logistics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven track record in executive leadership roles within remote site or offshore catering, industrial hospitality, or facilities management.
  • Deep understanding of operational logistics in remote environments, with strong focus on compliance, food safety, and service quality.
  • Fluent in English; French proficiency is highly advantageous due to international operations and collaboration with headquarters.
