Site Quality Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled Field Quality Specialist to support our Turbomachinery Team in the field. The ideal candidate will coordinate and oversee work at a remote site, ensuring high-quality service delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance of equipment following established checklists and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to work with Customer Representatives and Site Teams, coordinating activities at customer job sites.
- Provide accurate records of all activities accomplished at customer sites to supervisors and promote positive team relationships.
- Execute all responsibilities safely by adhering to applicable processes and procedures.
- Perform limited troubleshooting on equipment under maintenance and/or installation in the field.
To excel in this role, you will have experience in quality management, engineering, or technical training in mechanics, mechatronics, and electromechanics. CREA or CFT certification is preferred, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
You will also need to possess leadership qualities, exceptional listening, project management, communication, and presentation skills, allowing effective collaboration with customers at all levels of their organization. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are required, as well as fluency in written and spoken English.
