We are seeking an experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of the audit team, you will be responsible for conducting audits primarily in Brazil and Colombia, as well as supporting global regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct periodic audits of operational and financial areas in accordance with approved annual plans.
- Interact with senior and mid-level management to assess the effectiveness of risk management systems, control processes, and governance frameworks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop mitigation and improvement strategies.
- Document work performed and draft reports.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or engineering.
- Advanced certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Knowledge and understanding of internal control frameworks.
- Audit experience related to business processes and risk mitigation, including financial auditing.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Spanish is an added value.
