Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to join our team as a South America Adventure Travel Expert. As the first point of contact for customers interested in traveling to this vibrant continent, you will be responsible for designing and delivering exceptional travel experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

This role requires a deep passion for at least 2 countries in South America, extensive travel experience in these countries, and excellent communication skills to provide world-class customer service. You will work closely with our team to negotiate services and prices with local providers, design high-quality group trips, and coordinate reservations with our flight department and local partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written expression in French (mother tongue)
  • Great passion for at least 2 countries in South America and extensive travel experience
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Fluency in oral and written English
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI and take initiative to implement solutions
  • A positive attitude and ability to remain calm under stress
