About the Role:

  • As a Senior Email Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs that meet our clients' needs.">
  • You will assist Account Managers with tasks in Figma, including creating designs, implementing edits on marketing campaigns, and helping to design reports when needed.">
  • You will create and develop visually pleasing yet effective concepts in design.">
  • You will understand the visual brand identity of our clients and advise Account Managers on potential design ideas, improvements, and optimizations.">
  • You will communicate design ideas to other team members and clients.">
  • You will implement feedback and design changes to projects.">
  • You will work as part of a team of designers and stick to deadlines to deliver finished designs on time.">
  • You will stay up-to-date with current design platforms and software and be open to learning new tools.">
  • You will educate yourself and develop technical skills to enhance expertise.">
  • You will work on various tasks, initiatives, and projects delegated by the Design Lead.">
  • You will maintain high design standards and ensure set targets for assigned clients are met.">
  • You will participate in training sessions to improve skills and performance.">
  • You will discover industry-wide best practices and present findings to the Design Lead and Service Director.">
  • You will be available to assist with internal design-related needs from other departments.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Experience with creating marketing campaigns and using Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.">
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or agency experience is considered a plus.">
  • Ability to work consistently with high levels of accountability.">
  • Professionalism and extensive graphic design experience.">
  • Strong communication, presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Refined aesthetic sense and strong typography skills.">
  • Effective time management skills and high level of responsiveness.">
  • Ability to take action and work fast to implement changes and solve design-related problems.">
