Job Summary:
">We are seeking an experienced business analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering and defining business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with technical teams to implement effective solutions.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools.
- Develop automated reporting processes to streamline operations.
- Perform gap analysis between current and desired systems and processes.
- Support system design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop user stories, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and providing post-implementation support.
- Conduct UAT and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in both functional and technical roles.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to write functional specs, BRDs, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and system integration concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Experience in data analysis or reporting is a must.
Preferred Skills:
">- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, or system architecture.
