As a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global recruitment strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with top-tier professionals whose skills and values align with our organization's goals.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.You will collaborate closely with different teams to understand the technical and cultural needs of each project, ensuring that we attract and engage the best talent worldwide.To achieve this, you will help develop and implement effective strategies for identifying, engaging, and attracting great candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify top talent
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the recruitment game
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably in a global context
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing recruitment strategies and achieving desired results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
