We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the distribution of our innovative products in Latin America.

About the Role
  • Develop strategic sales plans and identify high-value prospects across LATAM.
  • Create and execute partnerships with large merchants, leveraging their strong presence in the region.
  • Establish a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecast sales to senior management.
Responsibilities
  1. Understand clients' business needs and global payments footprints, as well as their growth strategies and competitive landscapes.
  2. Present complex technical products and innovative solutions to C-level decision-makers.
  3. Negotiate contracts in a dynamic selling environment, involving multiple stakeholders.
  4. Foster international collaboration and seize new opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
  5. Introduce relevant resources at the appropriate stages of the sales cycle to advance opportunities.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
  • 3+ years of payments acquiring experience, preferably in e-commerce/retail verticals.
  • Proven success in complex C-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.
  • Strong relationships within the payments industry and fluency in English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
