We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive the distribution of our innovative products in Latin America.
About the Role- Develop strategic sales plans and identify high-value prospects across LATAM.
- Create and execute partnerships with large merchants, leveraging their strong presence in the region.
- Establish a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and accurately forecast sales to senior management.
- Understand clients' business needs and global payments footprints, as well as their growth strategies and competitive landscapes.
- Present complex technical products and innovative solutions to C-level decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts in a dynamic selling environment, involving multiple stakeholders.
- Foster international collaboration and seize new opportunities from partners and regulatory changes.
- Introduce relevant resources at the appropriate stages of the sales cycle to advance opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
- 3+ years of payments acquiring experience, preferably in e-commerce/retail verticals.
- Proven success in complex C-level negotiations, including technical, compliance, legal, and commercial aspects.
- Strong relationships within the payments industry and fluency in English.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
