Sales Director for Investment Growth

The Sales Director for Investments will play a key role in driving the success of our investment business. This individual will work closely with the Head of Growth and Growth team to grow our client base, sell new business, connect our intellectual capital with client demand, and increase penetration into the US corporate pension plan market.
Assessing market needs in the Western region and overseeing distribution activity are crucial responsibilities. The primary goal is to deliver profitable, sustainable growth in the US by growing relationships with existing investment and Health, Wealth, and Career clients efficiently with a strong eye for sales process and efficiency.
Collaboration across various stakeholders across the business, including the Head of Growth, Head of Clients, client teams, and WTW-wide sales and client management teams, is necessary to ensure we bring the best of WTW to grow our investments presence.
