Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Consultant to join our team at Regal Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the nation's largest corporations, completing important financial and accounting projects of critical strategic significance.

As an Accounting Consultant, you will be responsible for tackling unique, challenging, and one-of-a-kind Accounting & Finance projects inside the walls of Fortune 1000 companies and other large organizations. This may include tasks such as:

  • Assisting with Initial Public Offering (IPO) readiness
  • Supporting mergers and acquisitions
  • Providing financial analysis and reporting
  • Developing and implementing financial models

We are interested in hiring Accounting and Finance Professionals who are looking to broaden their skill sets and gain valuable experiences to help enhance their marketability and advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities

As an Accounting Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality financial analysis and reporting
  • Developing and implementing financial models and forecasts
  • Assisting with financial planning and budgeting
  • Supporting the development of financial policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in accounting and finance
