Lead Solution Architect - Digital Workplace Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Lead Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our digital workplace solutions group, you will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital workplace solutions for global clients.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned solution architect to take on a leadership role and drive strategic initiatives forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure cohesive solution delivery.

  • Lead the development of comprehensive solution artifacts, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and design documents.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs and company goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, driving the strategic vision and direction of the digital workplace solutions team.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on digital workplace solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Strong expertise in designing and delivering digital workplace solutions for global clients.
  • Extensive experience in working for a large global systems integrator.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in the digital workplace domain.
Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to the requirements above, we also welcome candidates with:

  • Certification in solution architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Prior experience in a director-level role or equivalent.
