Job Title

The role of Digital Workplace Lead involves overseeing the strategy and management of digital workplace technologies and services. This position ensures a seamless digital employee experience, encompassing all aspects of the digital workplace, including service desk management, budgeting, and IT asset management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the digital workplace, focusing on enhancing digital dexterity and driving positive business outcomes while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
  • Lead the digital workplace operations team, responsible for fulfilling end-user support and service requests, including the IT service desk, VIP and desktop support, A/V support, Active Directory, and IT asset management.
  • Manage the annual budget for operating and capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with IT and company objectives while optimizing costs and enforcing data policies.
  • Administer contracts, including service level agreements, licensing expiration, renewal, and procurement processes.
  • Create and maintain the corporate IT catalogue of products and services, aligning with business requirements and IT leaders.
  • Provide consolidated IT service support KPIs to IT leaders and business stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements.
  • Foster a culture of workforce digital dexterity by leading adoption, enablement, and influence to achieve digital business goals.
  • Collaborate with HR to understand employees' current challenges and incorporate this knowledge into digital workplace planning.
  • Work with corporate real estate/facilities to create a smart workplace that supports hybrid and remote workers as well as onsite workers.

Main Requirements:

  • 5+ years managing IT systems, processes, and vendors.
  • 5+ years leading digital workplace teams and processes, including external service desk services.
  • Experience with vendor governance, KPI Management, and conducting RFPs and vendor service transitions.
  • Proven financial management skills with operational budget tasks.
  • Awareness of ways to measure Digital Experience and satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of IT frameworks such as ITIL.
