Virtual Systems Designer

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work as part of a hybrid team, requiring on-site presence three times a week.
- You will provide support to other designers with design tasks, component requirements, and virtual integration tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of material, mass, and part specifications within the math file.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to meet product design requirements.
- Integrate component and subsystem designs into systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in design for manufacturability, assembly, and integration.
- You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with current product developments and trends in your area of responsibility.
- Communicate project status, timing, and technical issues proactively with the Design Manager and DLT/DRE.
- E nsure high-quality, timely release of components and subsystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design process by providing expertise and knowledge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve product design requirements.
- Develop, refine, and finalize criteria and sections in accordance with design standards and best practices.
About You:
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with NX analysis software.
- Able to identify opportunities for learning and take advantage of available resources.
