Strategic Business Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support businesses in their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical guidance on projects, collaborating with stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
- Develop and present business solutions to clients, creating tailored proposals for each engagement.
- Lead meetings with senior decision-makers to align resources and prioritize projects, ensuring effective project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage technology and solve complex business problems.
- Identify innovative ideas and funnel them to product managers for development, driving growth and improvement.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Must be fluent in English; Spanish as a second language is desired.
- Proficiency in business process re-engineering and expertise in managing projects and engagements.
- Experience working with enterprise-level analytics, technology, and software, with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions, leveraging creative problem-solving skills and business expertise.
- Extensive experience in the CCM industry, with a minimum of 2 years as a Professional Services Consultant.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to travel approximately 35% of the time.
