Unlocking Digital Transformation Opportunities

As a key member of our Corporate Business Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic digital transformation initiatives while running and improving existing operations and products.

  • Working closely with the Technology Lead, you will support system enhancements and project implementations through requirements understanding and documentation, gap analysis, system tasks and end user training.
  • You will collaborate with various business partners within CBT area of scope, i.e. Human Resources, Payroll, HCC, Legal, Finance and IT technical team to identify potential technology solutions for the functional area that you are supporting.
  • You will promote the adoption of all implemented tools and proactively identify system solutions to standardize and streamline business processes across regions and platforms.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of a technical high school degree is required.
  • University students, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration or Management Information System are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong systems and analytical skills, along with a technical mindset are essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills are necessary.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience in intelligent automation, artificial intelligence use cases, data analysis, data mapping, and data reconciliation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
