We are searching for the best talent for **Technician, Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Latin America | Fixed term 20 months **to be in **São José dos Campos or São Paulo, BR.
**Purpose**:
The Technician, Corporate Business Technology (CBT) Latin America will focus on technology solution for the business partners using the latest technologies in the areas of Corporate Systems.
Based in São José dos Campos or São Paulo, the LA CBT team is part of the broader Corporate Business Technology organization focusing on technology solutions. The CBT team drives strategic digital transformation while running and improving existing operations and products.
**You will be responsible for:
- Reporting to the Technology Lead, CBT LATAM, the Technician will support system enhancements and project implementations through requirements understanding and documentation, gap analysis, system tasks and end user training.
- This individual will partner with various business partners within CBT area of scope, i. e. Human Resources, Payroll, HCC, Legal, Finance and IT technical team to identify potential technology solution for the functional area that he/she is supporting.
- He/she will also promote the usage of all implemented tools and proactively identify system solutions to standardize and streamline business processes (ad-hoc reports, automation, etc.) across regions and platforms.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Minimum of a technical high school degree.
- University student, preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Knowledge and experience with system related activities for Corporate Business Technology area, i. e. developing Functional/Technical design specifications etc.
- Strong systems and analytical skills, have a technical mindset.
- Must be able to think creatively and display a strong desire for high quality, with attention to detail.
- Intermediary English.
Preferred:
- Experience in intelligent automation.
- Experience in artificial intelligence use cases.
- Prior experience in data analysis, data mapping, and data reconciliation
- Knowledge in Spanish is a plus.
