We are currently recruiting for a **Director, Head of Technology for Corporate Business Technology LATAM **organization within the J&J Technology organization (JJT). This role is based in **São Josè dos Campos, Brazil.**
The Director will lead the technology strategy and delivery of products and roadmaps for the Latin America region, supporting finance, payroll, legal, privacy, human resources, A&D, etc. This position is a key member of the CBT Regional leadership team and manages a team of IT professionals. The role is responsible for leading key regional product development as well as the delivery of global and regional Corporate products for the region. The successful person will collaborate with their LATAM business partners as well as the global product group leaders in a product centric model that links the business outcomes to the LATAM technology roadmap. This role will report to the VP, CBT Strategy, Operations, Business Transformation and Regions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build vision, align/prioritize business & IT strategies and co-shape strategic demand with the LATAM Business
- Define annual objectives and key results (OKRs) informed by business and technology
- Collaborate with product group leaders to translate vision/strategies that meet the regional needs
- Lead regional portfolio of investments including managing resources to deliver on those investments
- Build reusable frameworks for product groups that can meet regional needs but be used globally
- Understand and develop the team into a maturing product management organization while also building digital acumen with their business partners
- Build and maintain successful relationships with their business and technical partners
- Have deep industry and domain expertise, technical knowledge of platforms and software technology, knowledge of business process and business strategy
- Have experience working across multiple levels of an organization
- Experience managing an organization's budget including planning, forecasting, monitoring and addressing budget variances
- Represent the LATAM region and its viewpoints in cross-regional and global councils

- Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field. Master's degree preferred.
**Required Years of Related Experience**:
**Business Experience**:Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience
**Technical Experience**:7 years of relevant IT experience; Experience in Finance, Payroll, HR IT systems preferred.
**Experience and Skills**:
- Good communication skills, ability to deeply understand the business and to craft strategy
- Outstanding interpersonal, relationship-building and partnership skills; must be able to build a strong network and consistently collaborate to be successful
- A strong business approach and financial savvy
- Extensive experience delivering and handling reliable solutions with a focus on high quality, operational excellence and business value, supported with outcome-based measures
- Proficient with all aspects of the product development lifecycle as well as agile methodology
- Ability to work independently and influence without formal authority as needed
- Must be able to empower and inspire people and make tough decisions and resolve conflict when vital in a timely manner
- Proven experience and ability to interpret, develop and present information to multiple audiences, and an ability to understand and anticipate reactions as a means to determining needs required

- Experience working across a range of functions or domains and proven track record of influencing, and negotiating skills that inspire trust and builds credibility with partners to facilitate collaborations required
