We are seeking a Quality Engineering Lead who will serve as a key partner to our clients, guiding their teams on best practices for testing delivery. Internally, you will play a vital role in communicating and contributing to the ongoing development of the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence, enhancing our go-to-market strategies and overall client engagement practices.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure exceptional client experiences, overseeing onboarding and value realization, while driving new client acquisitions and expansion opportunities.
- Act as a test automation analyst, simplifying implementations for the Quality Engineering team.
- Lead a client-side Quality Engineering team, ensuring adherence to test automation standards and processes.
- Identify factors for improving test script quality and assess script reliability.
- Ensure compliance with Test Dev Tools' defined scripting governance processes.
- Prepare automation roadmaps and status reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization.
- Meet deadlines for delivering quality scripts to clients.
- Utilize your extensive automation experience to challenge and recommend strategic Automated Testing solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with the Services Leadership team and cross-functional departments to enhance customer experiences.
- Work with the client services team to ensure alignment with Test Dev Tools' values, capabilities, and integrations.
Qualifications:
- At least seven years of experience in technology consulting, focusing on developing test automation solutions.
- A minimum of two years in a technical leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Proficient in test script creation using TypeScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience testing large codebases with multiple subsystems.
- Knowledge of leveraging automation for various quality gates.
- Demonstrated expertise with Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and other relevant frameworks.
- Experience in client collaboration and relationship management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A willingness to learn quickly and continuously expand your knowledge.
- A collaborative mindset, open to diverse perspectives and cultural differences.
