We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join our Implementations team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in QuickBooks Online, Excel, and all core aspects of monthly accounting close processes.
This role will involve managing the full Accounts Receivable cycle, overseeing the full Accounts Payable cycle, performing weekly bank reconciliations, and assisting with credit card and expense report reconciliation.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proficient in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience in accounting and month-end close processes
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Familiarity with Bill.com is a plus
This part-time role offers approximately 20 hours per week of work, with availability required 3 times per week between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM Pacific Time during the initial ramp-up period.
Post ramp-up, the schedule will be 1–2 times per week during the same hours.
OthersThe successful candidate will report directly to the Controller and will be fully remote.
