This role involves trading on the foreign exchange market, interacting with various teams, and building strong relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, knowledge of Excel/VBA, and fluency in English.
- Provide support to regional and local trading teams across rates and FX.
- Work closely with the regional EM trading team to strengthen our platform and expand our presence in the Brazilian market.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with key target accounts.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for maximizing customer service and client penetration.
- Connect client opportunities with our global franchise and provide market insights.
- Previous experience as a market maker for FX and risk management is required.
- Knowledge of the Brazilian market is essential.
- Solid understanding of Excel/VBA is necessary.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- The ideal candidate will lead, develop, and motivate the leadership team to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Set expectations, share best practices, meet required standards, and continuously develop capabilities and experience.
