Job Title: Business Intelligence Professional

As a Business Intelligence Professional, you will be part of a dynamic and passionate team that is dedicated to making a difference in the world.

Your sense of initiative and innovation will lead you to carry out in-depth analyses, develop performance indicators, and create dashboards to better understand purchasing behavior, trends, and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various analyses on campaign performance, consumer profiles, and other marketing-related activities;
  • Validate data and participate in UAT exercises;
  • Set up automation routines for recurring requests;
  • Define performance indicators and develop tools such as dashboards, visualizations, and reports to make information relevant to decisions accessible;
  • Collaborate with different teams across the organization and support them in terms of analysis and interpretation of data and results;
  • Interpret trends, synthesize information, identify and present insights, suggest areas for improvement;
  • Document tasks performed;

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (analytics, e-commerce, marketing);
  • Experience with SQL database environments and its language;
  • Knowledge of data science and programming languages (Python, R) is an asset;
  • Knowledge of analytical platforms (Knime, DataIku, Alteryx) is an asset;
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft or Google Suite;
  • Good Marketing and Sales knowledge, with ability to connect dots and tell stories using data;
  • Experience building or using dashboards (data import, modeling, visualization);
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or other visualization software (Tableau/Looker) is an asset;
  • Experience in agile methodology, backlog management, and tools such as JIRA and Confluence is an asset;
  • Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, demonstrating collaborative approach, continuous improvement, and innovation;
  • Excellent communication skills (English).

This position requires minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
