
Regional Partner Director, LATAM

This is a dynamic leadership role that involves developing and growing strategic relationships with partners in the LATAM region.
The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence, and the ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas. They should also have excellent executive relationships with the partners.
About the Role:- Identify, evaluate, and recruit high-potential partners, including resellers, referral partners, system integrators, and consulting firms.
- Manage partner onboarding process, including training and contractual alignment.
- Drive partner readiness through enablement programs, product training, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Sales activities, including pipeline generation, deal progression, and revenue growth for Rimini Street's portfolio.
- Relationship management, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- Performance management and reporting, tracking partner performance metrics and providing regular reporting and insights to management.
- 10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
- Familiarity with software support services, managed services, or third-party support models.
- Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Record of sustained and significant quota over-achievement.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience as a partner/alliance manager for major software vendors, System Integrators, or Global enterprise companies.
- Deep understanding of the respective region's enterprise IT ecosystem.
