Job Title: Business Analyst IT

CHEP, a leading global supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst IT to join our team. As a Business Analyst IT, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst IT will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure compliance with global IT strategies, enterprise architecture, and best practices
  • Reinforce project goals and objectives to prevent scope creep
  • Recommend solution options that impact project or initiative success
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in an IT-focused role
  • Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies
  • Proven success in improving customer experience
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and remotely with globally scattered users and teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
