Job Description

CHEP, a leading global supply chain solutions provider, is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with global IT strategies, enterprise architecture, and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Oversee the successful completion of User Acceptance Testing and track testing progress and defect resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in an IT-focused role.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven success in improving the customer experience.
  • Experience working in a matrix structure and remotely with globally scattered users and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
