Job Summary:
Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Request Management.
- Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and reports using ServiceNow's scripting and development tools.
- Design and implement ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions, including Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance management.
- Configure and implement ServiceNow's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of ServiceNow projects.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and customers.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Request Management.
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom applications, integrations, and reports using ServiceNow's scripting and development tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITBM and CMDB.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a global team environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- ServiceNow Implementation Certified.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrate an awareness of best practices for ServiceNow implementation.
- Ability to work, lead, and manage a global team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
