Job Opportunity for Tech Experts

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team.

This is a remote position, and we require candidates to have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients to understand their needs, custom-matching them with Engineers from our talent network, and providing support during the matching process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Write professional job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Find the right Engineers to meet client objectives.
  • Introduce Engineers to clients in a way that showcases their experience and skills.
  • Manage the matching process end-to-end to ensure a positive experience for both clients and Engineers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development or recruitment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
