The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for performing maintenance activities in accordance with the Maintenance Program and ensuring timely delivery of equipment to meet operational demands. This role supports initiatives to improve maintenance-related metrics, including Cost of Service Delivery, Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency or Maintenance Base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of a Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management business systems, accurately capturing maintenance-related data.
- Comply with Schlumberger and divisional TLM standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
