As a Lead Ai Software Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team shaping the next evolution of entrepreneurship by building AI-powered tools and experiences.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and refine systems that combine user data, business context, and public funding information to make every AI interaction feel personalized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and ship new AI features using OpenAI APIs, vector embeddings, and smart chat flows.
  • Develop systems that combine user data, business context, and public funding information to make every AI interaction feel personalized.
  • Contribute to the entire product stack: React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and Supabase.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience - ideally with some AI, LLM, or RAG experience.
  • Comfortable with TypeScript, React/Next.js, and building consumer or SMB-facing applications.
  • Excited to solve real problems for real entrepreneurs - not just build features in a vacuum.
  • Confident communicator in English, able to work closely with a remote team in the Americas time zone.
  • You care about impact: you want your work to empower millions of people to build and grow.
